Return and Refund Policy

We want customers to receive the correct product in the condition expected.

Because Small Space Supply sells furniture, home goods, and products fulfilled by third-party brand partners, return eligibility, return costs, and instructions may vary by product.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Requesting a return

To request a return, email support@smallspacesupply.com and include:

  • your order number
  • the product you want to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photographs of the product and packaging, when relevant

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return destination.

Do not return an item to the address printed on its original shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for return consideration, an item generally must be:

  • unused
  • unassembled
  • uninstalled
  • unaltered
  • in the condition in which it was received
  • complete with all parts, hardware, accessories, and instructions
  • in its original packaging where reasonably possible

Return approval is not guaranteed until the product and circumstances have been reviewed.

Return window

The applicable return-request deadline may vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery if you wish to request a return. The specific deadline and eligibility requirements will be confirmed before a return is authorized.

Non-returnable items

Unless required by applicable law, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • products that have been assembled or installed
  • products that have been used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • products missing parts, hardware, instructions, accessories, or packaging
  • clearance or final-sale products
  • gift cards
  • customized or made-to-order products
  • products returned without prior authorization
  • products outside the applicable return period

Return shipping

Before a return is authorized, we will tell you:

  • whether return shipping is customer-paid or provided
  • whether any restocking or handling fee applies
  • whether original shipping charges are refundable

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders

  • a description of the issue
  • photographs of the product
  • photographs of the packaging
  • a photograph of the shipping label
  • photographs of any damaged or missing parts

Keep all products, components, and original packaging while the claim is reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an approved remedy may include:

  • replacement parts
  • a replacement product
  • a partial refund
  • a return
  • a full refund

Do not assemble, install, discard, repair, or return a damaged product unless instructed.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return and may be subject to applicable return shipping or other fees.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.

Shipping charges, return-shipping costs, and restocking or handling fees may be nonrefundable where disclosed and legally permitted.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

When an exchange is unavailable, the original item may need to be returned and a separate order placed for the replacement product.

Refused and undeliverable deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to return-shipping charges, carrier fees, or other costs incurred.

Any refund will be determined after the product has been returned and reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
