Small Space Supply currently ships eligible products to addresses within the United States. Product availability, shipping rates, and delivery options may vary by item and destination.
Order processing
After your payment is successfully processed, your order is submitted for fulfillment.
Because products may be fulfilled by third-party brand partners, processing times can vary by product. Orders containing multiple products may be processed and shipped separately.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available.
Shipping rates
Available shipping rates and options are displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and available carrier services.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by:
- carrier delays
- product availability
- severe weather
- holidays
- destination accessibility
- incorrect or incomplete address information
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the timeframe originally provided, we will contact you with updated information and available options.
Multiple shipments
Items in the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive in multiple shipments. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
You will not be charged again solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Contact us immediately at support@smallspacesupply.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Small Space Supply is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation.
We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at support@smallspacesupply.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photographs of the product
- photographs of the packaging
- a photograph of the shipping label
- photographs of any damaged or missing parts
Please keep the product and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. Do not assemble, install, discard, or return the product unless instructed.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members, neighbors, front-desk staff, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
- Contact us if further assistance is needed.
Carrier investigations may require additional processing time.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship only to eligible United States addresses.
Some products may not be available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Any applicable restriction should appear during checkout.
Delayed or unavailable orders
If an item cannot be shipped, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If an order cannot ship within the originally indicated timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include accepting a delay or canceling the affected item for a refund.
